MOC 20703-2: Integrating MDM and Cloud Services with System Center Configuration Manager kursus

På dette tre dages kursus i Configuration Manager (SCCM) lærer du at bruge Microsofts Cloud teknologier (inden for device management) og integrere dem med Configuration Manager. Kurset fokuserer både på hybrid Mobile Device Management (MDM) løsninger med Intune, samt lokal MDM setup. Derudover dækker det integration med Microsoft Store for Business, Microsoft Office 365 og Microsoft Azure.

Kurset tager udgangspunkt i SCCM v1702, men instruktøren holder sig løbende opdateret og gennemgår naturligvis ændringer, hvor de måtte være relevante ift. emnerne i kurset.

På baggrund af kurset vil du være i stand til at:

  • Beskrive udfordringerne i administration af mobilenheder samt enheder, der kun er forbundet til Internettet, samt hvordan Configuration Manager integreret med Intune kan hjælpe med at løse disse udfordringer.
  • Konfigurere MDM miljø til administration af klienter, der ikke er forbundet til virksomhedens netværk
  • Udrulle og administrere Microsoft Store for Business applikationer igennem Configuration Manager
  • Udrulle og administrere Office 365 applikationer vha. Configuration Manager
  • Administrere mobile enheder igennem Configuration Manager
  • Beskrive og konfigurere et hybrid MDM miljø med Configuration Manager og Intune
  • Forbinde iOS, Android, og Windows enheder til hybrid MDM miljøet
  • Beskrive og konfigurere lokal MDM igennem Configuration Manager

  • Kurset bliver afholdt på dansk, men vi benytter Microsofts digitale materiale (DMOC), som er på engelsk. På kurset bliver der stillet en Surface tablet til rådighed, som kan anvendes til læsning af materialet. Du vil efterfølgende have adgang til materialet både online og lokalt. I tilfælde af at Microsoft laver en ny version af kursusmaterialet, vil du automatisk få adgang til det. Derudover vil du have adgang til øvelser via Microsoft Labs Online i 180 dage i alt, og du kan derfor fortsætte eller starte forfra på en øvelse hjemmefra, under eller efter kurset, alt efter behov.

    Module 1: Extending the Configuration Manager infrastructure to support internet-based and mobile devices
    This module describes the challenges in managing a mobile and internet-based workforce. It also describes how Configuration Manager integrates with mobile device management and cloud services solutions to address these challenges.

    After completing this module, students will be able to:

    • Describe the public key infrastructure (PKI) requirements to support the internet and mobile device management.

    Module 2: Managing clients on the internet
    This module explains how to manage client devices that are located outside of the corporate network and connected to the internet.

    Module 3: Managing Microsoft Store for Business apps by using Configuration Manager

    This module explains how to use Microsoft Store for Business, how to set it up, and how to manage it. It also describes how to deploy and manage Microsoft Store for Business apps by using Configuration Manager.

    This module explains how to implement Office 365 client management to help support an Office 365 cloud-based solution. It also describes how to deploy and manage Office 365 apps by using Configuration Manager.

    Module 5: Mobile device management by using Configuration Manager
    This module describes the methods and technologies to manage mobile devices by using Configuration Manager.

    Module 6: On-premises mobile device management using
    Configuration Manager
    This module explains on-premises mobile device management, its requirements, and the types of devices it can manage. It also explains how to implement on-premises mobile device management in an existing Configuration Manager environment and the different ways to enroll Windows 10 devices.
