Kursusmål

Dette er et tre-dages hands-on kursus i Office 365, der er rettet imod IT-fagfolk, der deltager i administration, konfiguration, fejlfinding og drift af Office 365-tjenester, herunder dets identiteter, afhængigheder, krav og støtte teknologier. Dette kursus fokuserer på de færdigheder, der kræves til at administrere og fejlfinde Office 365 og tjenester i Office 365, så som Exchange Online, SharePoint Online og Skype for Business. Kurset dækker også sikkerheds- og compliancefunktionerne i Office 365.

Målgruppeprofil
Dette kursus er beregnet til it-fagfolk og systemadministratorer, der gerne vil lære at administrere og fejlfinde Office 365. Disse fagfolk skal have mindst tre års erfaring inden for deres respektive områder - typisk inden for systemadministration, netværksadministration, og messaging.

Ved kursets afslutning
Efter at have afsluttet dette kursus, vil kursisterne være i stand til:
  • Beskrive Office 365-tjenester.
  • Administrere Office 365 ved hjælp af grafisk brugergrænseflade (GUI) og Windows PowerShell.
  • Administrere og fejlfinde bibliotekssynkronisering og katalogobjekter.
  • Administrere og fejlfinde Skype for Business.
  • Administrere og fejlfinde SharePoint Online.
  • Administrere og fejlfinde Office 365 ProPlus.
  • Administrere og fejlfinde kravspecifikationer og sikkerhed i Office 365.

Deltagere

Dette Office 365 kursus indgår som en del af vores samlede udbud af kurser til Cloud og vi anbefaler, at du har:
  • Mindst to års erfaring med administration af Windows Server-operativsystemet, herunder Windows Server 2012 eller nyere.
  • Mindst et års erfaring med at arbejde med Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
  • Mindst et års erfaring med at arbejde med navneopløsning, herunder DNS.
  • Erfaringer med certifikater, herunder PKI-certifikater (Public Key Infrastructure).
  • Erfaringer med Windows PowerShell.
  • Erfaringer med at arbejde med Exchange Server 2013 eller nyere, Lync 2013 Server eller Skype for Business 2015 Server og SharePoint Server 2013 eller nyere er gavnlige, men ikke påkrævede.
  • En forståelse af følgende begreber som de vedrører Office 365:
  • Microsoft Cloud Services.
  • Office 365 platformen.

Kurset bliver afholdt på dansk, men vi benytter Microsofts digitale materiale (DMOC), som er på engelsk. På kurset bliver der stillet en Surface tablet til rådighed, som kan anvendes til læsning af materialet. Du vil efterfølgende have adgang til materialet både online og lokalt. I tilfælde af at Microsoft laver en ny version af kursusmaterialet, vil du automatisk få adgang til det. Derudover vil du have adgang til øvelser via Microsoft Labs Online i 180 dage i alt, og du kan derfor fortsætte eller starte forfra på en øvelse hjemmefra, under eller efter kurset, alt efter behov.

This module describes the features of Office 365 and identifies recent improvements to the service. It also identifies licensing options, describes the process of Office 365 tenant configuration, and lists appropriate Office 365 client options.

This module describes directory synchronization and federation. The module explains how to manage Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect (Azure AD Connect) and user and group objects in Office 365. Additionally, it describes how to troubleshoot objects and directory synchronization in Office 365.
